The Elephant Head Lodge operates a small horse concession and has direct access to the trails on the Shoshone National Forest. We have our own horses and have confidence Debbie and I, and our staff, can provide a safe and enjoyable horse experience for our guests.

Our horse experiences are suitable for the novice who would like to experience horses for the first time, up to the expert who would like a scenic trail ride in our region. We hope that you will consider one of our horse clinics/rides to complement your visit to our lodge.
